In the course of the late 1980`s, Garth Bennet, Bill Jordaan and Steve Foster were appointed to the board of directors. With Mike Todd retiring in 2002, his shares were financed, paid for, and distributed to other young top performers in the company.
This is part of the company's strategic investment in its human resources and management.

Today, Bill Jordaan as MD controls the strategic, marketing, financial and statistical data aspects.

We are building a new sales team that will be more aggressive in the market place. Our KZN sales are now run by Brett Anthony. Dave Mc Millan is our newly appointed marketing manager.

During 2006 in order to become BEE compliant the company expanded its share holding to previously disadvantaged partners in the management team in order to ensure that the company maintains its competitive advantage within the industry.
