Group BEE Profile
Kiley Baker is a leader in flexographic repro and plate manufacturing. KB Labels specialises in quality self-adhesive labels and Iclipse Creative Designs is the latest addition to the group and is expanding rapidly in the advertising arena.

In 2006 the company further continued on their 2003 decision to facilitate BEE and other strategic initiatives in order to be compliant with the principles of the Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment act 2003 Act 53 of 2003.

The company has, as part of its roll out plan recently sold more than 17% of its equity to its BEE management and is proud to have obtained a level 4 contribution based on the DTI - Department of Trade and Industry) score card guideline.

The company is committed to the continuous process of transformation in order to comply with current BEE accreditation requirements as set out by trade and industry bodies and other regulators. Accordingly, the company will not only strive to meet all procurement and tender requirements, but is independently committed to the goal of transformation itself.

Human Resources/Employment Equity
The transformation of the company will be done through the use of an executive development skills and equity plan, which will be the strategic tool to drive management skills and employment equity through the company.
